JASON KNOWS REAL ESTATE
Born in Kingston Ontario, Jason Eade has been selling homes in Kingston since 2002. In this time he has consistently been a top producing agent and real estate investor.

Jason serves the City of Kingston and the surrounding area and sells beautiful redbrick and limestone homes downtown, modern family homes (more frequent in the west end) , homes with pools, waterfront, cottages, student rentals near Queens and assists with estate sales .
Jason lives downtown and is happy to raise his family in such a great part of Kingston, Jason has also lived in the West End and East End of Kingston and is happy to share first hand experience commuting around the City of Kingston.
Jason is a natural entrepreneur since opening his first business (Paralegal) in his early 20’s, which he sold within his first year of becoming a Realtor. He often tells the story of his beginnings in real estate and how he succeeded in a business with such a high rate of failure. “I was scared, I had a mortgage, young family and very little savings, less than 100% of my efforts would result in failure”. Jason sold 8 homes in his first month (which was an office record), and continues to work with the same sense of urgency today.
Jason always uses technology to leverage himself and stay ahead of the competition. He considers himself fortunate to use his love of photography and passion for marketing and Web Design almost daily in his work. When the marketing is done correctly your home will go onto the market and immediately create a buzz, using social media to get people talking, sharing and helping sell your home.
Some of his other hobbies are travel, boating, participating in the annual triathalon in Kingston, and playing his guitar around a campfire.
In 2012 Jason joined Red Squirrel Conservation Services (RSCS) as a volunteer on the Board of Directors.
Red Squirrel Conservation Services is an nonprofit organization that provides energy conservation and water protection programs to improve the environmental sustainability of homes, businesses and communities in Kingston and the surrounding region.
